Good fish and shrimp and very nice people that run it good prices also

I was shy a few cents on my meal and the gentleman at window still placed my order. I appreciate the kind gesture and the food was excellent. Very fresh and properly cooked catfish, hushpuppies and french fries. A+++

The best shrimp, oysters and catfish I've eaten in a while. The French fries are the best in Vidor. Every order was cooked fresh. Loved it!!!

Some of the best fried fish in the area, they make it fresh so there's a wait but it worth it.

Not happy. Called at 750 to order food and was told there closed but on the website it says they don't close till 9pm so why can't they take my order?

The Hushpuppy is a well know place to eat here in town with great food and good service.. now that the owner Van has it back we will get the quality of food & service that we once did.. if you haven't ate here then your missing a great meal.. its all take out..

The food was really good. I'm a shrimp girl. They didn't disappoint. Not overly battered. Just right. The hushpuppies were some of the best I've had anywhere. The owner was very friendly & personable. You can tell he enjoys what he does. That goes a long way. If I'm ever back in Vidor I'll definitely visit again. Wish we had something like this in Conroe.

My friend and I split a 4pc catfish dinner with the cole slaw. Great stuff, it's plenty of food for us.

Fantastic fried catfish and shrimp. Fresh tasting and perfectly fried. - Update - back again. Today was just the catfish dinner. It was great. The catfish was fresh and delicate with a nice crunchy and flavorful coating. Fries were great and crisp on the outside with a soft inside. Coleslaw good too. Highly reccomend a visit! Just remember its cash only.

Fantastic fish and shrimp combo. Both were well made and a great quality. Not sure if the fries, shutup dogs (hushpuppies) or coleslop is good. I didnt eat those. Great price and even though they were packed to the hilt, our food was ready in just a few minutes. I'd say we waited for about 6 or 7 minutes?

Great food, good, quick service, they only accept cash, but at the time of this review, they have an ATM outside the building. No public restroom, and the only seating is some picnic tables under an awning.

Sherry and pam. Have no problem serving a solid green fish, not to mention how many time I found the cats sleeping in the mixes in the back.

Catfish, shrimp, french fries, and hush puppies, all super. Excellent and quick service.

Popcorn shrimp was much lemon in the batter Noah's Seafood is better.

Everytime I order some food they have it fixed when I get there. The workers are courteous and very nice.

Excellent catfish, fries and Hushpuppies. Some of the best I've ever had. I tried their chicken and sausage gumbo and was equally as impressed. Would recommend to anyone that loves catfish.
